Vinification	The grapes are vinified in purity in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to enhance the vine’s characteristics and the peculiarities that these grapes achieve in the soils of Torraccia di Presura.
Characteristics	Violet-red intense appearence, full-bodied with distinct nose of cherries and black cherries, spiced hints of black pepper and juniper berries. Round, cool, clean mouth, with a moderate tannin content, quite persistent.
Alcool	13% - 13,5 %	Service temperature	18° C.
Food Pairings	Traditional Tuscan starters with cold cuts and pate croutons, “pappa al pomodoro”, Tuscan “ribollita” vegetable soup, pasta with game sauce or ragù.
