Vinification	The grapes are vinified in purity in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to enhance the vine’s characteristics and the peculiarities that these grapes achieve in the soils of Torraccia di Presura.
Characteristics	very deep ruby red appearence with violet hues. Nose of mature red fruits with floral hints of violet and iris; full and balanced mouth. Good acidity, has a great potential of ageing.
Alcool	13,5% - 14%	Service temperature	18° C.
Food Pairings	White, red and braised meat, aged cheese, grilled meat and vegetables, savoury fish dishes.
