Solitario

IGT Toscana Bianco

Solitario (litterally “solitary” in Italian), the only still white wine among the products of Torraccia di Presura, made for the first time in 1994. It is a wine that expresses the freshness, savouriness and richness of the Tuscan terroir. If Tuscany is especially known and suited for its great traditional red wines, also white varieties find the ideal conditions to express their high-quality and distinctiveness.

Vinification	Absence of maceration, the fermentation of the free-run must takes place at a controlled temperature (18 °C.) for a period of 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics	Light-yellow tending to straw-yellow as time goes by, intense floral nose of white and yellow fresh flowers with fruity notes. A fresh, lively, elegant, balanced and fine mouth. It can be kept for several years.
Alcool	12%-13,5%	Service temperature	8°-10° C.
Food Pairings	All kinds of fish, seafood, appetizers, white meat, asparagus Bismarck, fish and vegetable risotto, fresh cheese.
