Vinification	The grapes are vinified in purity in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to enhance the vine’s characteristics and the peculiarities that these grapes achieve in the soils of Torraccia di Presura.
Characteristics	Ruby-red appearence; a nose of red fruits, a slightly bitter finish. Fragrant, savoury, persistent mouth, slightly spiced and mineral. It has a good alcohol content, full-bodied, soft and well-balanced. Easy to drink, with elegant, barely perceptible tannins.
Alcool	13% - 13,5%	Service temperature	18° C.
Food Pairings	white and red meat, cold cuts, cheese, Livorno-style cod, tripe stew, pizza.
