Vinification	The grapes are vinified in purity in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to enhance the vine’s characteristics and the peculiarities that these grapes achieve in the soils of Torraccia di Presura.
Characteristics	Ruby-red appearence with violet hues, which tend to garnet with ageing. Nose of red ripe fruits with floral hints of violet, iris and Mediterranean shrubs undergrowth. Great persistence and tannicity, with an intense, balanced and persistent mouth.
Alcool	13,5% - 14%	Service temperature	18° C.
Food Pairings	White and red grilled meat, aged cheese, cold cuts, typical Tuscan croutons.
