	Vinification	The grapes are vinified in purity in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature in order to enhance the vine’s characteristics and the peculiarities that these grapes achieve in the soils of Torraccia di Presura.
	Characteristics	: dark and very deep ruby-red appearence, which tends to granate with ageing. The nose has hints of red berries, dark cherry, plum, blueberries, herbaceous and earthy, undergrowth hummus, tomatoe leaf and pepper. Round and soft, with a velvety and elegant mouth, full-bodied, not too tannic
	Alcool	14,5% - 15%		Service temperature	18° C.
	Food Pairings	Wild boar, both braised and roasted roe deer and gouse, meat stew.
